Westerra Credit Union

As a “people-first” credit union, Westerra wanted to create a campaign that would bring a human focus back into their messaging. To bring this idea to life, Caliber used candid, approachable photography and multiple hand-drawn typographic elements, reinforcing their emphasis on individual attention and human connection that are at the heart of all they do.

To extend the campaign beyond digital, Caliber envisioned the creative as a series of bus shelter advertisements throughout the Denver metro area. Placing the messaging directly within the community reinforces Westerra’s local roots while reaching people in the everyday moments. Caliber also created digital assets that rotated a series of hand-drawn type to visually represent the wide range of “personalities” of the audience they serve.

Our client was very happy with the campaign, but they were even more excited about the results. Prior to the final conversion portions of the campaign going live, Westerra already had a significant ROI directly attributed to the new messaging. Ninety-five conversions were gained, including 48 new accounts, and 13 HELOC, 2 mortgage and 32 auto loan applications. Caliber is excited to know we helped move the needle for our client, and we look forward to a repeat performance.
