Lakes & Legends tasked Caliber with designing a series of cans to help them enter the canned craft beer market. We wanted to emphasize the brand’s natural look, highlight specific flavors, and maintain the raptor’s bold presence. Since working with Caliber, Lakes & Legends has become an establishment destination and a go-to beer in Minnesota for urban locals and epicurean outdoorsy types alike.

Lakes & Legends Brewing Company is inspired by the bounties of Minnesota’s growers, the beauty of the state, and the creative spirit of its people. They approached Caliber to help them create a brand that expressed the unboundedness of both its artisanal culture and the natural landscape.
The raptor captivates everyone who beholds one. The addition of the antlers added a mystical quality befitting the experimental nature of the brewery while maintaining a rustic aesthetic. This combination led us to an evidently bold mark that was equally at home in the context of a weekend camping trip, a day on the lake beach, or in the heart of the city.
